I bought these water bottles a year ago after endless frustrations with bottles that would begin to leak after the first time I put them through the dishwasher or tried to place them on their side. I have had no problems with these, and after 100-or-so trips through the dishwasher, they still have the same shiny finish and tight seal. I use these bottles every day, and I never worry about throwing them into my bag with important papers or my laptop. They WILL NOT leak unless you don''t screw on the cap completely, and they are easy to close and clean.
