Camelbak Delaney Plus Hydration WaistPack with Podium Bottle

Camelbak Delaney Plus Hydration WaistPack with Podium BottleMy problem with the pack is mostly with the buckle. For me its right on my hip bone and it seems to angle the buckle in a why that it has a poor grip and it easily gets loosen. I think if the buckle was recessed in to the mesh part of the pack it would fix the problem. With that issue I would jog with it, but wouldn''t use it for it for a more rugged situation.

Ill post the same review i put on Camelbak''s website:

Headline: Need a belt for my belt

Pros : Water bottle

Cons : Belt

Best Uses : Collecting dust

I am about 5''10", 155lbs, and I cannot keep this belt on to save my life. I have used this about three times, have had nothing but problems, and I am done with it.

The first time I used it, the gel flask fell out about a mile into my run. There is no way to secure it, it just sits there (then it sits on the ground after it falls out). This belt is meant to be used when running, or other outdoor activity. It should be durable and rugged. The simple act of running should not be enough for the gel flask to fall out. Camelbak''s customer service was nice enough to ship me another gel flask free of charge, no questions asked.

I took it out again on a 10 mile run and fought the entire time with the belt trying to keep it on. The plastic clips (clasps?) do not grip the belt AT ALL. In fact, there aren''t even teeth for it to grip with. I dont know if this belt is defective or this is just the design of the belt, but it is useless. Without having my hands on the belt constantly, the belt will literally fall to the ground. This is no way to run.

Today was the last straw, I took it out for a 5 mile run, and had the same problem again. It doesn''t stay tight, it is constantly falling off. I ended up taking it off, leaving it on the ground and picking it back up on the way back. All this "belt" is, is a distraction. Do not recommend, would not buy again.

I hope Camelbak takes a look at this review and redesigns this product.

pocket was able to fit my phone, keys and a wallet. if you dont use the gel flask, leave it at home. the gel flask keeps falling out of its pocket if empty, so i just leave it at home.
