I run alot and heard from a friend that this water bottle is the way to go for long runs! I absolutely love it and am so happy that I gave it a try.

This is a great small water bottle, I think it''s perfect for training runs up to 10 miles if you''re not a big mid-run drinker. It slides over your hand with a slot for your thumb, so you don''t really have to grip it, and it''s adjustable and great for small hands. The mouth is big enough for ice cubes, but since there''s no real insulation it gets a little chilly. The pouch is big enough for gels or chews and a few bucks.

The only caveat is this: make sure you close the lid tightly! I''ve realized that you have to make sure you can''t see any of the threads around the lip and then it''s pretty secure.

Nice construction and comfortable grip, but this thing leaks from the cap, even when threaded tightly. It leaks from both the nozzle and the threads. I think all it would need would be some sort of rubber gasket. I liked this water bottle, but the leaking was distracting while running and wasted water.

I love this bottle. I take it on most runs of about 5-15k (when it''s not hot, in which case I take my larger Nathan handheld)... it just fits like a glove and stays put while I can use my hand for whatever. Pouch fits a few tissues and a couple of gels/gu or a car key and chapstick. I can''t stand anything around my waist, so this is just perfect for me.
