This is an excellent water canteen. I use it for band practice, and that little carry handle comes in really handy when carrying yourinstrument, plus music. Also the 25 oz holds enough water or juice to make through practice comfortably. Plus you get the little reminder to use your Spidey sense during rehearsal, when you are having problems with rhythm, or sensing the right notes.
