I received two water bottles I ordered in a timely manner, however the red one with the guitar robot was dented on the side, by the bottom. It is not a severe dent, but it is a gift for Christmas. I hate returning things, and really may not have time to deal with this before Christmas. It is a really cute bottle though. The products should be inspected before sending though, and I am not so sure this was done?
