The only complaint I have is that if you catch one squarely with your elbow or run up a steep hill, it is definitely possible for these to pop out of the belt. I have dropped a number of these already and lost one as well. I wouldn''t recommend this for anyone who runs a lot of hills or trails.

The velcro adjustment option is not good enough for a regular sized guy like myself (170 lb) I cannot tighten the belt enough as i run and it slips down on the run under the weight of its own filled bottles. Maybe they designed this belt for huge or fat people. My advice: don''t buy this item.

A hydration belt is a necessity for any long run. This one is great, the bottles are easy to get in and out of the holster, my only problem is that I should''ve gotten a size bigger. Im usually a size 4/small, and the size 1 is a little snug. But it still works great, use it all the time.
