UPDATE: May 29, 2012
Still love this product but have encountered one issue. It''s a pain to remove the bottle. There has to be a better way to design this part of the product. If you you leave fluids in the bottle for any period of time, expect to see mold. I know, this is not a revelation, it happens with all bottles. I left some Hammer product in it and forgot about it. A week later it was awfully nasty. I bought a box of those tabs for cleaning dentures, and dropped about 12 in the bottle full of water. I let it soak over night and it was perfect the next morning. (Be sure to really rinse the bottle after the denture tabs though.) If the bottle wasn''t such a pain to remove, I would never have left the Hammer in there and never would have had the issue with mold. I wouldn''t go back to regular bottles though, this is still my favorite hydration system for my bike. :)Not sure why the other buy had issue, in my case all parts were received. The seat tube adapter is a separate component you must purchase if needed, ie no holes on the downbar.

When you look at the directions regarding installation, one thinks that the product has been tampered with or parts have been replaced with cheaper substitutes and the price difference pocketed. Completely missing from the package is the seat post bracket and rubber grommet, and the rubber spline and bumper. In addition, the velcro strips have been replaced with cheap zip ties. This may not be much of a problem if your bike has mounting screws on the down tube. However, on many aero/TT/Tri bikes the assumed target for this product the only bottle cage screws available are on the seat post tube and not the down tube. Which means you may have just dropped $100 for this hydration system, and have to purchase and ship additional hardware to get this mounted with any semblence of stability. Really not thrilled about ruining the finish on a TT/tri bike, some of which cost as much as a motorcycle, with plastic zip ties. For $100, one would expect a bit more attention to detail. The basic design itself is certainly reasonable, but the missing/substitute parts demonstrate poor execution.
