I really don''t understand why more companies don''t make items like this I was really looking for one that straps to my arm, but settled for this product when that search became exhaustive. That being said, I am happy with it.I was skeptical that it would be too cumbersome while jogging, but you really don''t even notice it. I have pretty large hands for a female, and it fit mine just fine I don''t even have to adjust it during my runs. The key pocket is handy, but it''s really too small for anything else, e.g. an ID.
It holds just enough water for me to go a few miles I''m not a marathoner, so I don''t need a whole belt-o-H2O, but carrying a bottle isn''t practical. I even wear it when walking my 80 lb dog, and I still didn''t really notice it with the leash in my hand too.
One thing, your hand can keep that water pretty warm, especially in hot weather I''d suggest an ice cube or 2 before your workout. Luckily, the bottle has a wide neck to slip a few in.This is exactly as described, just the right size to fit in my small hand. It carries a small amount of liquid, just enough for a little mouth rinsing and minor hydration on a run. This would not hold enough water for a distance runner. Since I typically run 3 miles, this is perfect for hotter days.

This is a SMALL handheld bottle for the runner, works well, light enough that it carries easily. Fits well on the adult palm, my daughter said her''s was a bit loose. Recommend for runners that need that sip to keep them going.Read Best Reviews of Fuelbelt Dash 7-ounce Palm Holder Here
The reflective circles on the side of the holder have begun falling off after one 6 mile run. These reflective circles don''t effect the integrity of the holder, so it''s definitely not a real big deal. However, for the price of this item, I would have hoped that it held up for longer than one use!The holder is very very comfortable and you almost forget that you are carrying anything while on a run. In the past, I would carry a bottle without a holder, and would continually have to switch hands because it became uncomfortable. With this holder, I don''t have to do that. I just slip my right hand in the strap and go for a long run. It keeps your beverage cold and your hand warm. I recently went for a long run and started it with the bottle 9/10 full of frozen water. It was 93° and sunny...It kept the bottle cold enough that I had ice in it for about a full hour. After that, the water stayed cool for about another 20 minutes.
The little pocket on the holder is the perfect size for an ID card, keys, energy gel, etc.
Overall, I love this bottle holder...just wish the reflective strips were put on better.
