Its not soft enough for her to be able to squeeze it. It has a great shape for her little 2yr old hand to have a grip on it. She has been using it for about a month and she can''t get enough of it. I wash it everyday and the design on the cup has not even faded one bit. She loves the star with Boots and Dora on the sides. Great product. Would def purchase again!! Thank you, we couldn''t be happier with our purchase.
