I recently bought this product and am satisfied with it, however it does have some flaws. Unless I am wearing it wrong, the large water bottle bounces while running but stays put in the compartment. It doesn''t seem to stay in place and I do adjust it throughout my run. I like to wear it below my waist so my arms do not hit the bottle. I bought this item because I was sick of carrying a frozen water bottle. I like the little pocket for my keys but it does not fit my phone. I also have a shuffle and it does not clip to the waist pack and stay put for my 3 mile run. I am considering the smaller bottle waist pack since the large water bottle bouce is what bother''s me the most. Great product, I love how it free''s up my hands, just wish the bounce went unnoticeable and it stayed put. This is a well made product that will hold up well. It works very nicely for carrying a decent supply of water and gel. It is useful for long runs, and does not interfere with running form. Both bottles are securely held. When the large bottle is full of water, it has a bit of bounce to it that gets better as you empty it.
I wish the plastic buckle was a bit better made and stronger. It will be the only weak point in the future.

Although I would be more happy with slightly larger pocket and a firm (not flexing) beltafter running with it I can say it works very well. Those two things mentioned are just minor things and running with the bottle is hardly noticeable (if fullyes, I feel it and it jumps a little, but after few sips of drink it really becomes unnoticeable). Also, the size of bottle is just about right. For some strange reason I wanted a larger bottle, but this size worked for just fine and any additional weight counts. (I''m 189 cm, 102 kg, so I can drink quite a lotstill works for me, as I wrote here.)
And the pocket size? Only reason I would appreciate it is to carry two cell phones, otherwise, I fit in all I needed.

I took this gem on a 7mile run last night and was impressed. I kept it on my side on my hip instead of the back or front. This worked out great. The pack sat there and didn''t bounce around at all. The holder for the main bottle is firm enough to easily put the bottle back in without fumbling around at all. Buy it.Want Nathan Elite 1 Plus Waist Pack Discount?
I recently used this for a half marathon. The straps are fully adjustable and you can get a nice, custom fit. Balance is good too. I actually had the straps in contact with my skin at the waist and for the entire three hours that I ran the half marathon, I experienced no chafing at all.The only downside, as mentioned by the other reviewers, is that with the large bottle completely full, the pack bounces around a lot, especially when running at faster speeds. I actually had the bottle fall out during a downhill sprint at the half marathon. The bounce goes away once the bottle is at two-thirds full or less. You can take the hook on the rip-stop cord and attach it to the bottle to hold it in place, but it would take some practice and patience to try to unhook it while running.
