I cannot tell you how many water bottles I have tried over the years. Most of them have fallen short of expectations. This bottle is as close to perfect for me as you can get. I love the one click cap. I have often thought a bottle was closed only to find it leaked all over my pack. With two minutes of practice you get the feel for the click that means it is closed. I also hate turning and turning caps till they finally come out of the bottle. This is one twist off and one twist back on. The water tastes very fresh, and remains cool. I like the bottle lip, too. It''s great that it is recycled and recyclable. The graphics are beautiful. I also want to support whatever little manufacturing is left in this country and support a company that takes pride in what it does.UPDATE: I am so upset especially after saying how much I love this bottle. Up until late today, I carried this bottle in a special pocket made for water bottles. This holds bottles upright. Running out tonight I threw the bottle in my bag. It leaks! I know I got the twist lock on correctly. If you keep it upright, it''s great turn it on its side and it leaks from under the cap :(
Additional UPDATE: I contacted Liberty Bottle works they were fantastic! It seems that at some point in the past the design of the original bottle cap produced the leaking issue that I had. They have since updated the cap. They are sending me the updated cap free of charge. If you have any leaking from your bottle, please let them know and they will make it right. Now that''s a good company!
New cap is perfect! No leaking at all! Get the lid on straight feel the click and all is fine.
