This cooler leaks, which is problematic. Also, the opening is challenging. Often it pops off when trying to open and there is no place to secure it when trying to drink.

No leaks, no odor, tight-fitting cap, good size for bringing to work each day, retains cold. After filling with ice then adding water, half of ice was still frozen after several hours. In my case, having ice cold water eliminates drinking cold sodas for health reasons. The cap and handle seem sturdy, but we''ll see how it holds up to everyday use (inexpensive to replace in any case if not under warranty).

I have a family of 5. We are active in sports and activities and require containers that hold alot of fluids. I have been in search of a quality water jug and cannot find any. This one, the handle pops off (and this is the 3rd one I''ve tried) and the other similar brand/style, the flap comes off every time its opened. I have an old jug that was given as a promotion from pizza hut and cannot replace it....its finally cracking from use. (over 20years old) It does not leak, like others, but where handle attachs, its not strong.

This product leaks. Containers that hold liquids should not leak. Rubbermaid should know better. I will use this product because I am in construction and I don''t care if water dribbles all over my clothes, but I wish I had not purchased it.
