I gotta say i wasn''t expecting much for this price, but WOW this bag is fantastic..I have been looking for a nice day bag for hunting and was amazed at how much they cost.. i mean $200 for a day pack is just insane..
This bag has all the room and features you will ever need as a day pack for hunting and wasn''t a bank account breaker in the process.
I mean why spend so much on a bag, the deer wont be impressed with the name on the front.!
I love the fact that its two in one, that way i can climb my tree with the small bag and hoist up the other half when i am set up.
Safe hunting!this pack is great because i hunt alot and it carries everything i need and then some.i have to get a bladder for it which is going to be great because i dont have take my pack off to drink.i am not only useing it to hunt with but hike as well, wished i had it last year to put my hunting chair in the bottom straps so i didnt have o carry my chair, it can also carry sleeping bag or small tent in them.if you dont have this pack get one you cant beat the price of this pack with all it has.

Overall pretty happy with the bag. Carries comfortably, lots of attachment points and looks to be decent quality. The fanny pack is very large which to many is a good thing but I do wish it was a little smaller. Detached from the pack and fully loaded it will be a little tough to carry comfortably without it dragging the pants down a bit. Not a huge problem, I just won''t load it heavy and will deal with some dragging, as one of the main reasons for buying this bag was the ability to detach the fanny pack for shorter hikes. Just got the bag so can''t speak to quality but didn''t have any loose stitching or anything that seemed to be a weak point. It looks to be well made. Allen Company customer service is very good. I couldn''t find the buddy-lok (I was spelling it wrong) pouches to attach to the bag so I emailed their customer service and had a response first thing the next morning with several dealers and links. I do like the bag and would recommend it although just before writing this I noticed the price jumped to $59. I purchased it at $39 and really like it at that price, I think $59 might be a bit high, but good bag all the same.Read Best Reviews of Allen Company Canyon Hydration Pack (Realtree Ap) Here
You can''t beat the price for this Pack. works great as a day pack. Contains 2-pockets for the Hydration Pack, doesn''t have H-Pack included. I like the idea of a zipper seperation for the fanny pack. The only con so far is the drawl strings on the side pouches they aren''t sowed in very good. Overall pretty happy with the pack.Want Allen Company Canyon Hydration Pack (Realtree Ap) Discount?
This pack would be five stars if the bladder compartment were a little bigger... a previous review said they fit a 100oz bladder in it, the product description says only an 84oz will fit... I thought I ordered the same 100oz bladder that supposedly fit, but it stuck out the top about 6 inches... then again, if the pack were filled with 100oz of water you probably wouldn''t be able to fit much else in there... anyway...The build quality feels top notch, strong and durable material and reinforced stitching... the zippers also seem tough, as well as the cinch strings... the padding and ventilation is very comfortable... there are lots of little straps to attach gear to the outside of the pack, the exterior pockets are fairly roomy, and the ability to zip off the waist pack is a nice touch... two water bottle pockets are also a nice touch, they cinch closed and can be used for other cargo as well...
I packed this thing to the seams, without a water bladder (as the one I ordered was too big), and took it hunting for three days... I''d estimate the load around 30lbs, and I spent a solid 16 hours strapped in hiking up and down some rugged country... the entire time I felt comfortable, the weight was evenly distributed and supported to the point I barely knew I had on a pack... this thing is badass, and at this price was a steal!!!
