I bought this product as well and the moving parts that seal the bottle jammed up in less than 6 months. I contacted Stanley and this was their response email "Product components are not covered under our manufacturing warranty. Parts and accessories, including lids, cups, stoppers, straws and spoons, can be found online at www.shopstanley-pmi.com or www.shopaladdin-pmi.com" They claim to have a lifetime warranty but they actually don''t, unless of course your steel bottle suddenly gets a hole in it. Don''t buy the product, because the company doesn''t stand by it.

I have another product from the same brand and am happy with it so I bought another one for the bike the only downside the bottle does not fit quite right in the bottle cage and rattles (may have to get a different bottle cage) the bottle leaks at times if the bottle accidently knocked down however great stainless steel quality and very happy with the service from the Amazon as usual
