Ordered it a few months ago. Bag was OK. Water container was leaking by first usage!! Contacted the seller through Amazon. They promised to send me a new water container in 1.5 months. Got one after 2 months instead. The new one looked better made that the previous one it wasn''t the same model. Still started leaking within a week. I contacted Amazon again and was given a refund upon request. Amazon have always surprised for the better me with their excellent customer service.I eventually ended up buying the Camelbak model on Ebay. It''s MUCH better, probably because it was made in the USA and not in China. I''ve been using the Camelbak for a few weeks now and it has been very satisfactory.
