I played rugby and had the greatest water bottle ever, I had it all through college and at my last game it was stolen! Ive been looking for it, for nearly 8 yrs now...this is the closest I''ve gotten! I loved the straw and squeeze, with cut off/closure...it takes some getting use to ( if you normally use regular water ) like my old one, you don''t tip the bottle, you just squeeze, also if you blow into the straw and you are not careful you will get a rush of water forced in your mouth or on your face.

I used to buy these at my grocery store, but they are no longer carried there. I was delighted to find them on Amazon. They wash well in the dishwasher, straws in the silverware caddy, the tops and bottoms on the upper rack. I prefer water/drink bottles like this with straws, and the mouthpiece closes tightly and opens and closes easily. They seem like a very good value compared to many other water bottles.

It''s the straw inside. Makes all the difference in the world. Squeeze bottles, sans straw, are fine for some things. But for early morning commutes with a protein shake or any other thick beverage, you cannot beat having the straw inside. And it is removable, if that doesn''t work for you. The added benefit of not having to tip your head back in 5 AM traffic to finish said beverage is also a valuable asset. These used to be available in supermarkets and box stores, but after fruitless searches finally managed to replace my existing Rubbermaid bottle online.
