I purchased this because I am an avid runner and needed something for those 3-10 mile runs in the warm weather. I actually found that I like carrying it no matter what the temperature. It fits just fine over my gloves in the winter.

One of the Negatives I have noticed is that the valve can be a little tough to bite and pull. I use my other hand, but if you really have to chomp and yank, you may want to check other reviews. It may just be a sticky one that I have.

You will like this if you are a runner, walker, or generally exercise orientated person.

You won''t like this if you are a camel and never need to drink any water when you are out and about.

I now run with this bottle on EVERY run (even short ones) it is a great design that form-fits nicely in your hand. After just a few runs I was used to running with bottle. It is easy to disassemble to clean (by hand or dishwasher). I now have several of these bottles and their parts are interchangeable.
