I misunderstood. I thought this was going to include some sort of chemical to make my yoga towel stickier. This is bascially just a very tiny spray bottle. I have to fill it up twice to spray my yoga towel prior to yoga practice and it only helps a little bit. I still slip around. It''s a cute, convenient little spray bottle but I just didn''t know it would be so small and be empty.
