I am very satisfied with this product. I ordered 2 five gallon bottles to store my family''s emergency water and it took only 2 days for them to arrive. They are sturdy, BPA free, and easy to carry thanks to the convenient handle design. I think what I liked the most (and what motivated me to write my 1st review ever) was the fact that these are USA manufactured and from a family business here in California v/s Asia. I even got a nice handwritten thank you note on the shipping label with a smiley face drawn on it! Two thumbs up :)
