Love this bottle. I hike a lot in the summer and carrying a ton of water can be tiresome. I have used this on many hikes filled it with some very dirty water and have never gotten sick. I have never filled it from still standing water. It does leave the water with absolutely no taste.

This stuff has all been paid for. Why did you withdraw $73.69 out of my account on 3/10/13 under 31637DDA?I''m sure the filter works fine, but I couldn''t actually get water to come out of it when trying to take a sip of water! If it was full it was easier, but the minute the water level went below the actual filter, you just couldn''t use it. Bought it for my trip to Haiti were the water is very bad for you but the heat means you need to make sure you are constantly hydrating... So I took the filter out of it and it became a regular old water bottle that I paid way too much for!
