What can I say...it''s leather dye. I needed something to camouflage the worn parts of my chair, mostly along the piping. It works great. I put a couple coats on and it was easy to use. It has a little puff ball applicator inside and I just wipe it clean when I''m done. Tthe puff ball remains stained but it still works fine. I gave it 4 stars because the seal on the bottle was hard to get off nicely. I wish they would use tabs to pull it off cleanly. When you have dye in the bottle you don''t want to be pulling, poking and jiggling a seal to get it off.

I use this to touch up my old brown leather couch. The application process takes some time in doing the multiple layers to keep things even and then you have to use a leather cleaner to remove the excess to prevent staining clothing but then it is there to last.

Works like a charm on wood, as well as on vegetable tan leather. Gives a beautiful dark brown with red undertones.

The dye worked very well for the job I intended it for, but it was missing the dauber. I think that uniformity of the application would have been improved to the point that I only had to apply it once to get even covereage had the dauber been included.

I bought this to dye my pink timberlands brown, Worked like a charm. Went on smooth. applicator was easy to use and it looks great. I am not at ll talented in the department of painting and dying things and it was easy for me, so anyone can do it. Have not had the chance to see how the dye stands up to getting wet yet.
