I am so happy to have finally found this water bottle after years of frustration with all the others. First and foremost, you have two size options for openings. I''ve never seen a bottle with a such a small opening, and i love it because I have a ''drinking problem,'' no more water running down my face. I used to always prefer straw bottles for that reason, which were impossible to get clean, both the cap and the straw. This cap is very easy to clean, and the main opening is big enough to get a bottle cleaning sponge through. Some other benefits that put the Enviro Products bottle over the top as the best. It''s hot/cold, which is rare in stainless. For carrying, it''s the only screw cap one I''ve found that has a mug like handle, rather than a hook that can hurt your finger. The bottle slims in the middle so if you''re running to work late you can get your hand around it, if you have small hands. Plus I find the black bottle to be one of the most attractive I''ve seen.

Bought it mainly because it is for both hot and cold drinks and I love the slim shape. I need a bottle that can keep hot drinks warm for hours. As the other review says it would keep drink cold for day long I assume it would keep warm at least for half day. The result is quite disappointing. It has "insulated double-wall" but the outside wall was so hot that my hand holding it was almost burnt when I filled hot water into it. And the water became totally cold within 3 hrs. Have not tried out cold drink yet but from this result I seriously doubt it is really insulated. Also there was paint defect at the bottom when I got it, although it was very well packed. I would keep it as a normal uninsulated water bottle just for sparing the trouble to return it.

I got mine at fresh foods tampa on sale for $5 off, after being somewhat dissatisfied with the 16-oz thermos brand with the complicated sipper top that i got here on amazon: three things wrong with that were that one after i got it, i found that it did not hold quite enough to last as long as i needed; the sipper top, while clever, was hard to clean and could eventually come apart; and it had no handle. THIS bottle is super a full 20 ounces, easy to clean cap, large opening for ice cubes if you like, and small cap for drinking out of, and the thing that keeps the cap on also acts as a handle.

ONE problem with this is that after carrying it 2-3 times a week for five weeks, some of the color is flaking off the bottom ... i did not ding the rating by a star, however, because i presume that will have nothing to do with the bottle''s intended use.

I bought this water bottle about 10 months ago and it still keeps thing insulated quite well. I get a solid 4 hours for tea and coffee. My only complaint is the lid. 1) it''s awkward to drink from. 2) It seems like an oversight that it isn''t better insulated. I would imagine thing would stay hot all day if it were. Instead it gets hot and cold with it''s contents.

Final word: for 20 bucks, it''s a great product.
