It looks nice, and certainly feels light (though I didn''t weigh it so I can''t vouch that it meets its advertised weight)...It launched a bottle on me when I hit an inch and a half high break in the pavement at about 12 miles an hour. I don''t think this would hold your bottles securely were you racing the cobblestones of Belgium, or just riding on a less than ideal street. Really, once you launch one bottle, and have to stop, circle around, unclip and pick it up, you will wish that you either bought a more expensive carbon fiber cage that has a strap that holds the middle of the bottle, or that you bought a cheaper, heavier cage.

The description is wrong. It claims it weighs 18g. The Serfas website says the same thing.

However, the packaging reads 24g +/2g.

On a precision scale that is calibrated annually, it measured 32g with the included steel hardware! Removing the hardware led to a measurement of 28g -STILL out of spec!

Due mainly to principal, it went back.
