I have used this on my aero bars on my triathlon bike. Overall it is a well built cage, however do not use long water bottles on this cage. It will guarantee to pop off on a bumpy road. Xlab mentions to use a chimp cage for bumpy roads but u can get away with this one if you use the right water bottle.

I bought this with the torpedo mount and it works well. My bottle is easy to get in and out but at the same time it doesnt shift around on the ride. I like that it fills the void between my bars which reduces drag but it also reminds me to drink as i look down at it.
