Doctor Who TARDIS 750ml Water Bottle

Its a sweet looking Tardis water bottle, but there is no indication of BPA lining or being BPA-free. Bought this for our kid but now am a bit concerned about its toxicity. Would be great to provide some info on the site regarding potentially hazardous chemicals.

UPDATE: RECEIVED THIS FROM DISTRIBUTOR:

All BBP! water bottles are BPA free. Labels stating such not being on the water bottles was an oversight during the packaging process. The manufacturing of these water bottle products was within compliance of all necessary health guidelines. Future shipments will have updated packaging to reflect BBP!''s compliance with safe manufacturing requirements.

2nd Update: After six months, the Tardis graphic has entirely rubbed off, leaving a blue bottle. The blue finish is still intact and nice, but it seems the Tardis is screen printed on with a poor quality paint that begins chipping really soon. Six months is its maximum lifespan if you use it daily, after that its just blue. I''ve reduced my rating from 4 to 2 stars because of this.

The water bottle looked really nice when I got it, but after a few days of carrying it in my bag the tardis design started to wear off and now its almost completely gone. The rest of the water bottle is working fine but the design part is kinda a bummer.

The bottle itself was great, however the TARDIS''s that decorate the exterior began chpping/peeling off within the first week of purchase. Now I just have a blue water bottle. Very dissapointing.

So, I am a huge Doctor Who fan and am thrilled to have this for my desk at work. The problem is that the TARDIS is disappearing and not in a good way. (i.e. with me in it. ;0)) The white paint is flaking away and eventually I will have a lovely blue water bottle.

I e-mailed the vendor and was told, "we don''t sell them anymore."

The bottle itself is a fine bottle. But the TARDIS images are painted on very cheaply. After a few days of use and only rinsing, not washing, the TARDIS images started rubbing off. After a couple weeks I have just some random lines on my bottle. I''m very disappointed in this product.
