I don''t understand it, I have a mount and have no idea how to put it together... ITS NOT BLACK... and theirs no way this thing can hold a water bottle... i have 2 brackets 2screws and nuts, and a bar.... on top of that it was wrapped in newspaper that was torn... I don''t know how to even put this together because this isn''t what I paid for!!!!
