Just like the title says. This item is NOT genuine issue. It is a cheap knock-off made of crap material.

Pros:

Doesn''t taste like plastic.

Cons:

Canteen leaks if the cap is not screwed on EXTREMELY TIGHT, to the point where you need to wrap the cap in your shirt to unscrew it

The belt clips are a complete pain in the butt.

The fabric around the buttons are ripped after being used ONCE

Velcro on small front pouch does not fasten.

Uncomfortable on the belt without support (weight of the canteen with water constantly pulls belt and pants down)

I''ve tried contacting the seller to try to get some sort of refund or exchange but have not gotten any responses

This is a good product. Seems a bit thinner than the ones I am used to and the handles on the cup are a little short but it does an excellent job.

Recieved my package promptly, and was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the pieces. Made a make shift shoulder sling from 550 Para-Chord use it all the time for hiking trips. Works great doesn''t leak, Aluminum can and canteen fit nicely in pouch. Clips are not really usable for belt as far as that goes for me personally, but again with a shoulder sling it is a great affordable product! Haven''t got a chance to use the can yet but look forward to it on our up coming camping trip!
