As it says in the product description, this is for 0.3 or 0.4 liter bottles which are normally marketed as BABY or KIDS bottles. It is too small for my bottle (which I believe is the typical adult size: 0.6 liter?). I use one for my daughter''s bottles (.3 and .4) and it works well with both sizes (water does not turn lukewarm in this hot summer weather). It comes with a loop handle which I find is convenient for hanging it on the stroller for easy access.
