The mug is just as described and pictured. The only problem was there was a small dent in the stainless steel. That''s one of the major reasons I prefer to purchase stainless steel mugs in person to make sure they aren''t dented. Other than that, I am satisfied with the purchase. It came way faster than it said when I purchased it which makes me think maybe they just try to make you upgrade to the more expensive shipping instead of going with the free super saver (which is the option I chose).
