From base of palm to tip of middle finger, I''ve got 6 1/2" inches of hand to work with and this fits perfectly, snug and comfortably. Holds PLENTY of water for a 3 mile run (I have yet to run out and I run 3 to 4 times a week, taking a sip every 10-15 minutes or so and still have some to spray down the back of my head/neck when the run is over)The zipper pouch doesn''t hold much (you might have to detach your house key from your keychain if you''ve got it bundled with other keys) and can tear if you try to pack too many keys into it. I carry a small flat keyfob led flashlight and four keys on a ring and they fit super snug.
