I like to shop local, buy local, and support local businesses all while getting the best--luckily with Arundel''s steel bottle cage I am able to win at all four. Arundel is an American company based out of my former home town Panther City (Fort Worth), Texas, known for making the best carbon water bottle cages on the planet they also however produce the best steel water bottle cages. I''ve had one cage mounted to my retro adventure tour roadish bike for a little over 7 months bought from my formerly local bike shop (Colonel''s) so far no premature ejections even while off road, no breaks, and it still sparkles like new. Admittedly the cage does cost more than some other metal cages but then again it is the best, will probably last forever, and looks classier on a steel bike than anything else all for about 25 bucks the same amount you would probably spend in a year or two replacing 2,3, or more lesser cages.
This seat was kinda pricy, but the old saying is you get what you pay for . It is very well made and looks like it will last for years. It has lots of adjustment options so the fit can be customized.

Note that it does need to be screwed in and you might lose a water bottle spot by using this.I broke the original mount and could not find a decent third party or jury-rig replacement. This is perfect keeps the pump secure and leaves room for my bottles on long rides.
I already have a smaller Hydro Flask bottle, and it''s excellent. But I wanted something that held at least a quart, as 24 ounces just isn''t enough on a hot day. I was concerned that this bottle would be too heavy to lug around, seeing as it''s made of two layers of steel. It''s actually quite light for its size, even full. It''s sturdy and attractive, and I like that the lid is attached. I would have preferred a lid I could drink from, like a sippy cup, but that probably would have reduced it''s thermal function.

Two of them both had warped steel around the lip of the bottle which means the rubber seal does not fit flush with the rim resulting in bad leaks and big messes. That having been said, the third bottle insulates surprisingly well and 40oz is the perfect size for me. In theory it is exactly the type of water bottle I was looking for. I purchased an 18oz polar white wide-mouth bottle. It looks great and does the job of keeping my water cold for a good period of time. The only draw back is that it LEAKS!!! Granted I''ve only had it for 2-3 weeks so far, I''m really digging it. It''s very large, which means it''s not something you''d take the gym but is great for pretty much any other endeavor. If you fill it with ice, you will still have ice 24 hours later, even using it rather aggressively (I drink water pretty much all day every day). I haven''t had trouble over tightening the cap and not being able to get it open, as I have with other water bottles. The large mouth can obviously take large ice cubes.
I''ve owned a few mugs before, but they always seemed to drip or not keep my coffee warm by the time I sat at my desk. I am very happy with this mug and not just because it''s got a Longhorn on the front.
This piece is adequate. For me, at least, it doesn''t heat up as quickly as advertised. Also not much pressure but that is to be expected. It will serve its purpose though.

These are by far superior to the bag type water warmers, much tougher and last way longer. I call them "water warmers" because I made my own shower and only use these to warm the water with, weather permitting, otherwise I additionaly heat to a prefered temperature. my gf is picky. I tested and found the water is actually a few degrees warmer with these containers than the other type of solar shower. Do not store these in your vehicle full of water! Fill them once at camp and you''ll be fine. It takes about 6 hours of direct sunlight to raise the water temp by approximatly 20 degrees above ambient temperature. They claim less but don''t buy that unless your in the 80''s or 90''s. A cool winter day with less day light about 15 degrees more than ambient temp. You fill the malleable (collapsable), squarely shaped reservoir with water and leave it in the sun to heat up. I left mine in the sun for several hours, a bit longer than the directions indicated, and it finally produced lukewarm water.
The cage is not stiff enough. The bottle will fall out under mildly bumpy terrain. It would probably work fine for a road or comuter bike but not a mountian bike.
They originally look like a great deal, an awesome shot and rocks glass, but after receiving them in the mail, I am completely disappointed. Both lakers emblems are glued on, and are a sharp metal. The emblem on the rocks glass sticks out, and would definitely be uncomfortable with usage. They''re nice looking, so I guess if your plan is just to display them, get them. I, however, was hoping to get use out of them. Very disappointed, returning for sure.

Last spring I bought the Crocodile Creek bottles for my 2 sons to take their drinks to school each day. I love the design of this bottle and really wanted something to keep my water colder longer. Unfortunately, the top doesn''t screw on perfect so it leaks sometimes when tilted on its side. Don''t know if this was just one bad one or a manufacturing flaw. But otherwise a great bottle.

We have gone through so many bottles, the Avent system and Born Free glass bottles. My concern was the possible other chemicals in the plastic bottles so we switched to the Born Free glass bottles. Those bottles are great, the venting system, the size of the bottle etc. however we have broken almost all of the bottles which make it an expensive "disposable" system. Our baby is now 14 months and will probably continue to take his bottle for a while. This Klean Kanteen bottle is perfect.. they put a lot of thought into the design of this bottle. The nipple is made so that it will vent the air and it does work. It is even better than the Born Free system because you don''t have two extra pieces to wash, just the screw on cap and the silicone nipple which fits inside. Really ingenious, you wonder why all other companies can''t make something similar? The Nuk nipples are designed to vent the air also but our baby refused the weird one sided nipple after using the Avent and Born Free type for his whole life. The Klean Kanteen bottle has the option of converting it to a sippy or sports cap for later which makes it a good investment for longevity. I really wish these were available over a year ago because we have probably spent about $250 on bottles, nipples, etc, crazy!!! But of course you will do anything to make sure you child is getting the best. I was quite surprised that these bottles weren''t reviewed as I rely heavily on other''s experiences. This is a great bottle and so far I can''t think of anything it is missing. The cap fits well, the nipple is made well, the bottle itself is shorter and more compact than the Born Free 9oz and I see this as a plus. Nice shape to hold for you and the baby. I bought this for my son when he was about 2 months old after wrestling with other leaky and mediocre bottles. It said the nipple was for 6 months plus, but he took to it just fine and has been using it for every bottle feeding since. I just wash it out after he is done, and love the wide neck for washing. After 6 months, 3-4 feedings a day, and now teeth, the bottle still looks new and works fabulously. Absolutely no leaking, easy to clean, and we get lots of compliments on it. I have a High Sierra Rogue 2-liter pack, and the bite valve quickly started spouting without me biting, getting my shirt and shorts soaked and draining my water faster than necessary. I also have a Camelback 1.5 liter that was hard for me to get the water out of fast enough. The Nalgene (they make BPA-free bottles) bite valve dispenses the perfect amount of water. You can also buy the plastic outer part separately, instead a whole new valve. I wound up getting some extras, and replaced one already after my kids were using the valve and were biting down too hard, making a small hole in the sleeve. So this fits both my High Sierra and Camelback packs...tubes seem to be the same throughout the various model lines...so I would assume you can use this bite valve with all packs. If it doesn''t fit for some reason, Nalgene would probably take it back as a return. I bought my first through Amazon, and the second through Nalgene directly.
